Pharmacy Weight Loss Callander is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Callander and across the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe a patient does not meet eligibility criteria or where providing treatment would not be clinically appropriate. Our pharmacist's clinical decision is final.
All prescription medicines supplied through our service are issued only following a completed online consultation. Our prescribing pharmacist will review your responses before approving any prescription. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation.
Prescriptions are issued for named individuals only and must not be shared or transferred. You must inform us of any changes to your medical history, current medications, or health status before placing a repeat order.
We may contact your GP or another healthcare provider if we consider it necessary for your safety.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order submission, prior to clinical review. We accept major debit and credit cards processed via a secure payment gateway.
If your consultation is declined by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched and delivered within 1 working day via a tracked courier service. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
Medicines will be packaged discreetly. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries where incorrect address details have been provided.
You may cancel your order at any time before clinical approval has been granted, and a full refund will be issued. Once a prescription has been approved and dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for prescription medicines in line with UK regulations governing the return of dispensed medicines.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
